This is a 20 litre fresh wort kit brewed in Traralgon Gippsland using the freshest ingredients.

  • Malt: Pale, Munich, Wheat.
  • Hops: Centennial.
  • Yeast Idea: US-05, M21, WLP400.
  • Fruit Add: 2-4Kg of desired fruit.
  • Brewing Tips: Remember that your fruit will raise your SG, adding lactose will also create some delicious flavours.

Final Gravity - FG: 1.008

Instructions: This Fresh Wort Kit does not need to be diluted. Simply pop into your sterilised fermenter. Pitch, yeast and wait. Add 2-4Kg of desired fruit into this tangy, kettle soured beer.
