This is a 20 litre fresh wort kit brewed in Traralgon Gippsland using the freshest ingredients.
- Malt: Pale, Munich, Wheat.
- Hops: Centennial.
- Yeast Idea: US-05, M21, WLP400.
- Fruit Add: 2-4Kg of desired fruit.
- Brewing Tips: Remember that your fruit will raise your SG, adding lactose will also create some delicious flavours.

Instructions: This Fresh Wort Kit does not need to be diluted. Simply pop into your sterilised fermenter. Pitch, yeast and wait. Add 2-4Kg of desired fruit into this tangy, kettle soured beer.
